I didn’t choose this work by accident.
For years, I lived with long-term gut issues, including diverticular disease. I understand what it’s like to look “fine” on the outside while managing symptoms, stress, and that constant background worry about your body.
What changed everything for me was understanding the gut-brain connection.
As I began studying Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and neuroscience, I saw clearly how stress patterns, nervous system activation, and thought loops can directly influence digestive symptoms. Not in an “it’s all in your head” way - but in a very real, biological gut–brain way.
That’s when I decided to specialise.
Today, I work exclusively with adults, children and teens struggling with IBS, gut anxiety, and stress-driven digestive symptoms.
This isn’t general therapy.
It’s focused gut-mind treatment.
I’m UK-based and both in-person and online with clients across the UK, USA & Internationally, helping them reduce flare-ups, calm urgency, and rebuild trust in their bodies.

My therapeutic approach is an integrative mind–body method that blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gut-Directed Hypnotherapy, neuroscience, and evidence-based nervous system regulation.
This allows me to work with both the mind and the body, supporting the gut–brain axis, reducing IBS symptoms, calming stress-driven patterns, and helping clients create deep, lasting change from the inside out.

Beyond my work as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and creator of The 5-Minute Magnet™, here’s a little about me, the person behind the practice.
☕ I love coffee, warm croissants, and slow mornings at my favourite café with my husband and son, that calm start reminds me how much balance matters in both mind and body.
⚽ I have a teenage son who’s a dedicated athlete, and you’ll find me most days on the side lines, happily cheering him on.
🐾 I adore animals, probably more than is normal, they’ve always been part of my family and remind me daily how simple joy can be.
💡 I’m endlessly curious and happiest when I’m creating, bringing ideas to life that make people feel more grounded, capable, and free.
💛 I believe in kindness. I’m happy, friendly, and fiercely loyal and I’ll always stand up for what’s fair and right.
My Mission
My mission is to change the way people understand their bodies - helping them recognise that symptoms are signals, not signs of failure.
I know this personally.
Since childhood, I’ve lived with gut issues, IBS flare-ups, and the ups and downs of stress-related symptoms. For many years, I believed my body was failing me. It wasn’t until much later that I realised it was trying to communicate.
When my son began experiencing gut sensitivity and anxiety patterns, I knew I needed to understand the mind–body connection more deeply - not just for myself, but for others too. That journey led me to study Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Gut-Directed Hypnotherapy, and the science of the gut–brain axis.
Now, through Gut–Mind Therapy™, I support people in calming gut-driven stress responses, rebuilding trust in their bodies, and creating lasting change from the inside out.
I offer IBS & gut anxiety therapy online and in-person for adults and children (8+), allowing me to support clients across the UK and internationally.
