A small, structured group for adults whose stress or anxiety shows up physically - particularly through IBS, gut reactivity, or morning urgency.
Led by a Gut–Brain specialist using evidence-based tools in a calm, structured setting.
This is designed as a structured 4-week reset series, as consistency is what helps the nervous system settle.
As an introductory option, you’re welcome to attend the first session on its own and then decide whether to continue with the full series.
