If you feel tired but your mind stays active at night, you wake in the early hours, or sleep feels unsettled, this session helps you understand what is happening and how to properly switch off.

This small group is for people who struggle to relax at bedtime and want their sleep to feel more natural again.

You might notice:

  • A busy mind when you try to sleep
  • Replaying thoughts or worrying at night
  • Waking during the night and not settling
  • Feeling tired but unable to switch off
  • Sleep feeling light or unsettled

In each session, we work on calming the nervous system and changing the patterns that keep your mind active at night, using CBT and hypnotherapy.

As your system begins to settle, sleep becomes something that happens more easily rather than something you have to try to force.
