A practical mind-body group reset course to help you reconnect with what matters, clear what is holding you back, and move towards a life that feels more like yours.

This small group is for people who feel stuck, flat, overwhelmed or disconnected from the life they want to be living.
This is not about forced positivity or chasing happiness. It is about understanding what has been draining your joy, choosing what you want to move towards, and taking small, realistic steps that help life feel clearer and more meaningful.
You might notice:
- You feel like you are just getting through the day
- You have lost motivation or direction
- You want change but do not know where to start
- You feel overwhelmed by decisions or responsibilities
- You want life to feel lighter, calmer or more enjoyable again
In each session, we use CBT, hypnotherapy-based tools and structured mindset work to help you understand the patterns that keep you stuck and begin moving towards something better.
Small group with limited spaces.
These groups are suitable for adults who:
- Experience stress or anxiety that shows up physically
- Struggle with IBS, gut reactivity, anxiety or mental loops
- Feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected or unsure where to start
- Want to calm the body, clear the mind and move towards something better
- Prefer structured tools, gentle discussion and practical steps

• Evidence-based CBT Hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation techniques and Problem-solving therapy
