Kym Hall Refund & Cancellation Policy
I want you to feel clear and confident when booking. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
One-to-One Sessions
- Sessions must be paid in advance.
- If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Courses & Digital Downloads
- All sales of courses, programs, and downloads are final.
- As these are digital products, no refunds are offered once access has been granted.
- Access is for personal use only and linked to your email login.
Group Programs
- Deposits for group programs are non-refundable.
- If you cancel your place more than 14 days before the program begins, you may receive a partial refund (minus deposit).
- Within 14 days of start date, no refunds are available.
Retreats (France, from 2026)
- Retreat bookings require a deposit to secure your space.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Full payment terms and cancellation policy will be provided at time of booking.
