How It Works
- Sessions are available online or in person in Market Harborough, UK.
- Each session lasts around 50 minutes and includes personalised support, practical tools, and techniques you can begin using right away.
- Packages are also available if you’d like continued support and deeper change over time.
- I work with clients worldwide, and all online sessions are delivered via Teams or Zoom.
