One-to-One Sessions

My structured programs are designed specifically for gut–mind symptoms (including IBS), as well as anxiety and overthinking.

One-to-one sessions are available for anything outside of these areas, or if you’d like an exploratory session to talk things through and understand what kind of support would be most helpful for you.

I work with adults and teens who want personalised guidance in regulating their nervous system, managing stress more effectively, strengthening emotional resilience, and shifting unhelpful thought patterns.

Whether the focus is stress, confidence, overwhelm, performance pressure, or persistent mental loops, we work at the level of nervous system regulation - helping your body feel safer and more stable so that change becomes sustainable rather than forced.

Sessions are structured but flexible. We focus on what is happening for you right now, identify the maintaining patterns, and apply practical, evidence-based techniques that support both mind and body.

Many clients notice a sense of relief, clarity, and increased regulation within the first few sessions.

One-to-one sessions may be the right option if:

  • You’d like an exploratory session to gain clarity on the most appropriate next step

These sessions allow us to focus directly on your current challenges, regulate what feels heightened or stuck, and apply structured CBT-based hypnotherapy in a targeted way.

If your work later clearly aligns with one of the structured programmes, we can transition into that at the appropriate time.

My Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy & 5-Minute Magnet™ Sessions

In each session, we work systematically to:

  • Identify the thought patterns, stress responses, or gut-related triggers maintaining your symptoms

  • Regulate the nervous system using structured, evidence-based techniques

  • Reduce physical tension, gut discomfort, or emotional overwhelm

  • Strengthen emotional resilience and cognitive flexibility

  • Install more stable, sustainable response patterns

  • Structured gut-directed hypnotherapy (where relevant)

One-To-One Session Booking

How It Works

  • Sessions are offered online worldwide, or in person at my practice in Market Harborough.
  • Online sessions are delivered via a secure session link and can be joined easily from any iPhone, tablet, or laptop.
  • If you’d like to attend in person, simply add "In-Person" to the booking notes and I’ll send you the details.
  • Each session lasts around 50 minutes and includes personalised support, practical tools, and techniques you can begin using right away.

  • Packages are also available if you’d like continued support and deeper change over time.

  • I work with clients worldwide, and online sessions are delivered via Teams or Zoom.

     

 

One-to-One Clarity & Pathway Session

A focused assessment session designed to identify what is driving your current symptoms and determine the most effective way forward.

This one-to-one session is structured to:

  • Clarify the key nervous system patterns maintaining your symptoms

  • Stabilise what feels heightened or stuck

  • Identify whether regulation, targeted intervention, or structured programme work is most appropriate

  • Outline a clear, personalised pathway forward

These sessions are ideal if:

  • You feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in repetitive loops

  • Your symptoms don’t feel straightforward

  • You’re unsure which programme (if any) is the right fit

  • You’d like personalised guidance before committing to structured work

If appropriate, I may recommend one of my specialist programmes. There is no obligation to proceed — this session is about clarity and direction, not pressure.
