How It Works
- Sessions are offered online worldwide, or in person at my practice in Market Harborough.
- Online sessions are delivered via a secure session link and can be joined easily from any iPhone, tablet, or laptop.
- If youâd like to attend in person, simply add "In-Person" to the booking notes and Iâll send you the details.

Each session lasts around 50 minutes and includes personalised support, practical tools, and techniques you can begin using right away.
