By using this website, booking a session, or purchasing any course, programme, digital product, or service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided

I provide one-to-one sessions (online and in person), structured therapy programmes, group programmes, digital courses, downloads, retreats, and related educational and wellbeing resources.

Services are delivered within my professional training and qualifications as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist.

Services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They do not replace medical, psychiatric, or psychological care.

If you are under the care of a healthcare professional, you are advised to consult them before participating in any programme or session.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. My services are not designed for crisis intervention.

Services for Minors (Under 18)

For clients under 18:

  • Written consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.

  • The parent or guardian remains responsible for communication, scheduling, and payment.

  • A parent or guardian may be included in sessions where appropriate.

2. Payments & Cancellations

  • All payments are required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • Due to the digital nature of courses and downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

  • Retreat and programme deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Digital Access & Usage

All online courses, digital downloads, and programme materials are for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Share, copy, reproduce, distribute, or upload materials to third-party platforms.

  • Provide login access to another individual.

  • Republish or resell any materials.

Access is linked to the email address used at purchase and must not be shared.

Any misuse of digital materials may result in termination of access without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

  • The 5-Minute Magnet™ Method

  • Gut–Mind Therapy™ materials

  • Scripts, audios, videos, worksheets

  • Courses and programme structures

remains the intellectual property of Kym Hall.

No content may be reproduced, republished, sold, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

5. Results & Liability

Participation in any session, programme, or digital product is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

While CBT, hypnotherapy, and mind–body approaches can be effective tools for change, results vary from person to person. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your own wellbeing, decisions, and results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring participation is appropriate for their personal circumstances.

  • Informing me of any relevant medical, psychological, or psychiatric conditions.

  • Following agreed guidance and session recommendations.

  • Seeking medical or emergency support when necessary.

6. Session Recording & Confidentiality

Sessions are not recorded unless agreed in advance.

Clients may not record sessions without written permission.

Client information is handled in accordance with UK data protection law. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details on how data is stored and processed.

7. International Use & Jurisdiction

Services and digital materials are available worldwide, including clients in the UK, USA, and other international locations.

All services and products are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute, claim, or legal matter arising from the use of this website, services, or materials shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By purchasing, accessing, or using any service, you agree to this jurisdiction and legal framework.
