By using this website, engaging in any session, or purchasing any course, program, or digital download, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided

I provide one-to-one sessions (online and in person), group programs, online courses, digital downloads, retreats, and related educational and wellbeing resources.

All services, courses, and materials are intended for educational and self-development purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. If you are under the care of a healthcare professional, please consult them before participating.

2. Payments & Cancellations

  • All payments are required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • One-to-one sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • Due to the digital nature of courses and downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

  • Retreat and program deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Digital Access & Usage

  • All online courses and digital downloads are for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may not share, copy, distribute, or upload any materials to third-party platforms.

  • Access is linked to the email address used for purchase and must not be shared with others.

  • Any misuse of digital materials may result in termination of access without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including The 5-Minute Magnet™ method, courses, scripts, audios, and related materials, remains the intellectual property of Kym Hall.
You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Results & Liability

Your participation in any session, course, or download is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
While CBT, hypnotherapy, and mindset methods can be powerful tools for change, results vary from person to person and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own wellbeing, decisions, and results.

6. International Use & Jurisdiction

Services and digital materials are made available worldwide, including to clients in the United States and Canada, under the following conditions:

  • All services and products are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any dispute, claim, or legal matter arising from their use shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.

  • By purchasing, accessing, or using any service, course, or download, you agree to this jurisdiction and legal framework.
