1 × 75–90 Minute Initial Consultation
We start by mapping your specific anxiety and thought patterns identifying how they show up in your body and mind.
You’ll experience your first CBH session designed to regulate your nervous system and begin shifting automatic stress loops.
5 × 60-Minute Follow-Up Sessions (Online via Zoom)
Each session blends structured CBH discussion, strategy work, and guided hypnosis.
- 30–35 mins: CBT-based reflection and cognitive reframing
- 15-25 mins: Focused hypnotherapy or 5-Minute Magnet™ reset
