Each session blends Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, sleep strategy coaching, and evidence-based nervous system tools.

  • 30–35 mins: CBT-based discussion and strategy for resetting patterns
  • 20–25 mins: Targeted hypnosis or 5-Minute Magnet™ Reset practice
