Who This Program Is For
This support is designed for teens experiencing:
• exam stress or pressure to perform
• anxiety or racing thoughts before exams
• difficulty focusing or retaining information
• overthinking, especially at night
• physical symptoms of stress (e.g. feeling sick, tense, or overwhelmed)
• a drop in confidence despite working hard
Exam Anxiety & Performance Pressure (GCSE & A-Levels)
Exam pressure can create intense anxiety, racing thoughts, sleep disruption, and difficulty concentrating.
Using Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, we work to:
• calm the nervous system
• reduce panic before exams
• quiet overthinking loops
• rebuild focus and confidence under pressure
This approach is particularly helpful for students preparing for GCSEs, A-Levels, university exams, or other high-pressure performance situations.
How It Works
Sessions are structured and tailored to each teen.
We focus on helping them understand what’s happening in their mind and body, while giving them practical tools they can use immediately - at school, at home, and during exams.
Support begins with an initial session, with the option to continue if further support is needed.
Online or In-Person Sessions
Sessions are available online via secure video link or in person in Market Harborough.
In-person availability:
• Thursday: 2:00pm – 7:30pm
• Saturday: 8:00am – 12:30pm
Online sessions can be joined easily from any phone, tablet, or laptop.

Please note: This support is designed specifically for exam anxiety and performance-related stress.
If your teen is experiencing ongoing digestive symptoms such as IBS or gut-related anxiety, a more specialist Gut–Mind Therapy™ approach may be more appropriate.
