Sessions are calm, gentle, and adapted to your child.

We often use simple activities alongside conversation to help them:

Initial Consultation Session

A calm, structured first session to understand what’s going on for your child and begin helping them feel more settled.

In this session we will:

  • understand your child’s anxiety pattern
  • identify triggers and what keeps it going
  • begin calming the response
  • create a clear, personalised plan

We’ll decide the right level of support together after this session.

Ongoing Support

(6 Session Block)

Many families choose to begin with a 6-session block, either after an initial consultation or as a way to get started with structured support.

This allows us to establish strong foundations, settle symptoms, and help your child feel more confident in a consistent and supported way.

From there, we review and continue as needed, depending on how your child is responding.

Across the sessions, we work to reduce anxiety and physical symptoms, calm the gut–brain response, and build confidence in everyday situations so they feel more in control.

Each session is adapted to your child’s pace and what they need at that point, with support continuing for as long as it is helpful.

👉 This approach provides consistency and momentum, which is often where the biggest shifts begin.

How Many Sessions Will My Child Need?

The number of sessions varies for each child and depends on how anxiety is showing up and how they respond as we begin working together.

Many families choose to start with a small block of sessions to build momentum and create early progress.

From there, we review together and continue as needed, allowing support to adapt to your child’s pace and what they need over time.

Online & Parent Involvement

Sessions are delivered online or in person in Market Harborough.
Parents are included where helpful, while giving children space to build confidence independently.
